If you are not an IoD Ireland Member, why not Apply Today!
In today's boardroom, risk is no longer solely a matter of compliance. It is a cornerstone of credibiltiy, commercial foresight, and strategic resilience.
Join other experienced directors, board members, and senior executives to enhance your strategic oversight of risk. The 'Risk Exchange: A Director Forum' is a new distinctive format: combining a simulated environment with peer-led discussion of risk scenarios to mirror the complexity of real boardroom dynamics. It is part pressure-test, part leadership lab. But with full discretion.
No slides, no lectures - just rich dialogue and real-world insight under Chatham House Rule.
Space for this session will be limited to allow an engaged peer to peer learning environment, with expert facilitators on hand to guide the engagement.
This is not a teaching session, but a facilitated, high-level forum on challenge, reflection, and peer learning.

Q1. What is the Risk Forum?
The Risk Forum is a peer-led, in-person learning experience focused on the live exploration of board-level risk. Not quite. Unlike traditional IoD Ireland workshops, there's no formal presentation or slide deck. And unlike our panel events, participants are not passive listeners. This is a facilitated discussion where everyone around the table contributes to unpacking the risk scenario. The session is built for experienced Directors - your insight is part of the value.
Q4. Will I have to talk about risks in my company or board?
