The Institute of Directors may revise the information, services and the resources contained in this website from time to time and we reserve the right to make such changes without obligation to notify past, current or prospective visitors. 

In no event shall the Institute of Directors be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of any use of the information contained herein, nor do we endorse or take responsibility for services/goods provided by third parties who feature on this website.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy 

Membership Application and Renewals

Membership of the Institute of Directors Ireland is payable by annual subscription. Once membership has been activated or renewed by paying the joining fee / annual membership fee it is non-transferable and non-refundable if membership is cancelled during the twelve month period. Notice of renewal is sent to all members a minimum of 30 days before the membership period expires and members are provided with a membership card valid for the twelve month period covered by their subscription.  


Paid for Events and Workshop Bookings

Specific cancellation policies will apply to payments relating to paid for events and workshop bookings. This information, where applicable, will be noted on the specific paid for event/workshop website page.   

From 15th January 2024, and based on professional advice received by IoD Ireland, value added tax (VAT) will not apply to IoD Ireland Workshop and Short Programme pricing. Anyone who has a query regarding payment of VAT for an IoD Workshop or Short Programme, prior to this date, is asked to contact the IoD accounts team.
