Cancellation and Refund Policy
Membership Application and Renewals
Membership of the Institute of Directors in Ireland is payable by annual subscription. Once membership has been activated or renewed by paying the joining fee / annual membership fee it is non-transferable and non-refundable if membership is cancelled during the twelve month period. Notice of renewal is sent to all members a minimum of 30 days before the membership period expires and members are provided with a membership card valid for the twelve month period covered by their subscription.
Event and Workshop Bookings
Specific cancellation policies apply to payments relating to breakfast and evening briefings for non-members, workshop bookings by members and non-members and bookings for the IoD Spring, Autumn and Christmas lunches. Please see the Events Section of this website where information on individual cancellation and refund policies relating to relevant events is available.
