In his session, Kevin provided an overview of the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting requirements that will apply from 31st December 2024. He also explored the key areas that directors will need to know to prepare for this requirement, and how it will need to be presented in annual reports. Kevin also discussed the role of the audit committee and how it will be impacted.
