The aim of the programme is to enhance governance skills and leadership within the credit union sector. This programme is a specialised course designed for credit union leaders, including Board Directors, Board Oversight Committee members (ROI), and Supervisory Committee members (NI).
The webcast outlines the key purpose of the Programme, as well as its benefits, and enrolment information. This programme will support ILCU directors in executing their pivotal governance role and in addition will support a wider objective of achieving best in class standards of corporate governance within the credit union sector in Ireland. The programme comprises six in-depth modules, covering governance, the role of the board and committees, internal governance, and bespoke elements relevant to Credit Unions.
