Webcasts of Events

In this IoD Briefings Webinar recorded on Thursday, 2nd December 2021, Professor Pete Lunn, Founder and Head of the Behavioural Research Unit (BRU), ESRI, presented his session titled, 'Challenges for Organisations and Leaders as the Pandemic Persists: Lessons from Behavioural Science'.

This webinar outlined the latest evidence on how the general public in Ireland and, in particular, workers are responding to the ongoing pandemic. Key topics discussed were: how people are coping; how much people want to return to life as it was; what people wish to change, including preferred working patterns; and how strongly perspectives differ between different types of people.

This webinar is part of our IoD Briefings Series and sponsored by Accenture
