Currently Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director at Hostelworld Group, Caroline has held progressive leadership roles spanning FP&A, financial control, statutory reporting, and audit, including senior positions at Glanbia Performance Nutrition and Ulster Bank. Carolines background includes extensive board reporting, IFRS statutory reporting, audit management, and performance analysis, alongside earlier audit and advisory experience at PwC. In addition to executive roles, Caroline contributes at board level through non-executive and advocacy positions, reflecting a strong commitment to governance, inclusion, and sustainable business leadership.
Ger Penny CDir Chief Financial Officer, Sisk
Ger Penny is the Chief Financial Officer of Sisk, where he leads the finance and IT functions. He also serves as Chairman to the Group's non-construction businesses. Ger also spent 12 years with Diageo plc., where he held a number of senior finance, strategy and operational roles.

Vincent Murphy CDir is a senior finance and governance leader with experience across large-scale infrastructure, international business, and the not-for-profit sector. Currently CFO and Deputy CEO of Aviva Stadium, with responsibility for financial and operational management, corporate governance, risk, strategy, and stakeholder engagement. Vincent has extensive board and committee experience as a Non-Executive Director, Company Secretary, and Chair of audit and finance committees, including roles with the National Gallery of Ireland, Concern Worldwide, and Savvi Credit Union. A Chartered Accountant by training, with deep expertise in corporate governance, risk management, and leading complex organisations in regulated and high-profile environments.
