Iarla Mongey Director, Q4PR
Iarla Mongey is a highly experienced communications and public affairs leader with more than 25 years’ experience spanning senior government roles and strategic consultancy. A Director at Q4PR since 2017, Iarla advises organisations and senior leaders on corporate communications, government affairs, public policy, stakeholder engagement and crisis management. Previously, he spent almost 12 years as Director of Public Affairs at Drury | Porter Novelli. Earlier in their career, Iarla served as Head of Government Information Services and Deputy Government Press Secretary at the Department of the Taoiseach, having also worked as political spokesperson to a former Tánaiste. This combination of senior government and advisory experience provides Iarla with valuable insight into navigating complex communications, managing reputational risk and building trust with stakeholders.
Robert Burke Partner, Risk Consulting
Robert Burke is a Partner in the Risk Consulting team at Forvis Mazars, providing governance, risk advisory and internal audit services. He also plays a key role in the delivery of the firm’s grant audit services, advising both grant-awarding bodies and recipients in the public and private sectors. Robert is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and holds a Diploma in Risk Management, Internal Audit and Compliance. He has more than 17 years’ experience delivering assurance, risk management, and internal control engagements, including the management of co-sourced and outsourced internal audit functions. Robert works closely with boards, audit and risk committees, executive leadership teams and senior stakeholders to strengthen governance structures, enhance risk management capabilities and support the development of robust internal control frameworks.
