Richie Boucher Experienced Chair, Non-Executive Director and Chief Executive
Richie’s extensive executive career has been largely engaged with financial services in the banking industry in the UK, US and Ireland, where he served as CEO of Bank of Ireland Group from 2009 to 2017. Since January 2020 he has been Chairman of CRH plc NYSE and LSE quoted CRH is the leading building materials business operating in the USA and Europe with a significant business in Australia. Richie also holds several other non-non-executive roles: - Non - Executive Director of Kennedy-Wilson Holdings, Inc., a Los Angeles based , NYSE quoted , US and European focused real estate company. - Non-executive Chairman of Clonbio Group Limited, a privately owned leading producer of bio - ethanol , bio-methane and feedstuff products from businesses in Central & Eastern Europe and Wisconsin in the USA - Non- Executive Director of Gken Dimplex a privately owned company with global businesses engaged in manufacturing and providing products for Heating & Ventilation, Precision Cooling ,and consumer appliances - Chairman of the Investment Committee of Development Acquisition Finance. A fund specialising in concentrated investments in growth oriented Irish SMEs . He has also held public directorships with Atlas Mara plc and Eurobank Ergasias S.A. Educated at Trinity College Dublin, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and was a member of the Provost’s Council of Trinity from 2015 until recently. He is a Fellow and former President of the Institute of Banking in Ireland. Richie is also former President of the Irish Banking Federation.
Imelda Reynolds CDir Director and Council Member, IoD Ireland
Imelda Reynolds CDir is a member of the IoD Ireland Council and a Chartered Director. Imelda is a practising solicitor with over thirty years’ experience. Imelda is Chairperson of Beauchamps, a top Irish commercial law firm where she previously served as Managing Partner. Imelda is Chair of the Aquaculture Licences Appeals Board, a Trustee of the Iveagh Trust and a Board member of St Vincent's Hospital Group. She is also an elected Council Member of the Law Society of Ireland and Chair of the Society’s Regulation of Practice Committee, and a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland's Professional Service Board.
