What are the key questions boards need to consider?
Join us for this insightful webinar with Dr. Margaret Cullen, Governance Advisor, IoD Ireland. Margaret will explore the evolution of corporate governance as a paradigm and provides insights into the significant changes influencing boards and their organisations.
Taking place as a webinar from 12:00pm - 1:00pm on Monday, 16th June 2025. As part of our remit to make Ireland an exemplar of corporate governance, booking for this webinar is open to members and non-members.
A central theme will be the importance for boards to clearly understand and define the purpose of the organisations they oversee — and how that purpose should inform decision-making, strategy development, and stakeholder engagement. Drawing on the importance of clarity of purpose, Margaret will explore key questions that boards need to consider.
This webinar will also include a Q&A session with attendees and a brief overview of IoD Ireland membership, offering participants the opportunity to learn more about the benefits of joining our community of directors and business leaders.
This event is particularly valuable to directors and senior executives with a strong interest in corporate governance and in evolving their own thinking on the subject.
