Stephen Fuller Partner, McCann FitzGerald
Stephen Fuller is a Partner at McCann FitzGerald with extensive experience advising on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, corporate reorganisations and complex commercial contracts. He has a strong general corporate advisory practice and regularly advises State and public sector bodies on company law, regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters. Stephen has particular expertise in M&A within the insurance sector and plays a central role in the firm’s insurance group. He has advised on a number of significant domestic and cross-border transactions involving leading insurers and reinsurers, and also works closely with international clients in the healthcare and renewable energy sectors on acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
