We are delighted to invite you to participate in a complimentary workshop designed exclusively for the IoD Chartered Directors Network, as part of the Creative Boardroom: Collaborate4Climate initiative. The event will take place from 5:00pm to 7:30pm on Tuesday, 18th November 2025, at the National Concert Hall, Dublin 2. Places are limited.
This practical and engaging session will demonstrate how design thinking can foster collective problem-solving and enhance awareness of both climate challenges and opportunities for leadership impact. It will also offer Chartered Director members a unique opportunity to explore how boards can collectively “raise the temperature” in the boardroom to meaningfully address climate challenges.

Over a focused 2.5-hour session, participants will be guided through a design-led methodology to:
Creative Boardroom: Collaborate4Climate
Taking an intergenerational approach, the Creative Boardroom: Collaborate4Climate project aimed to generate dynamic and creative solutions that can address complex climate challenges. Phase 1 of this pioneering all-island collaboration brought together the Institute of Directors Ireland, the Institute of Directors Northern Ireland and Creative Futures Academy in 2024, with the shared ambition to create actionable solutions for our planet. In Phase 2 of this project Creative Boardroom: Collaborate4Climate have taken these learnings on tour, as part of this powerful exhibition in 2025, with new partner Forvis Mazars and supported through The Shared Island Fund, mobilising directors and organisations across the island of Ireland to take action on climate change
