Mike Webster Head of Digital Innovation & AI, DCC plc
Mike Webster is an enterprise AI and digital transformation leader with over 20 years’ experience shaping strategy and scaling platforms across multiple industries. As Head of Digital Innovation & AI at DCC plc, he drives group-wide adoption of AI, data, and emerging technologies, including the launch of Druid, DCC’s enterprise AI platform. Previously, Mike founded and scaled an AI startup that built one of the travel sector’s most advanced recommendation platforms. His career blends entrepreneurial drive with corporate leadership, giving him a unique perspective on building value, shaping global deal flow, and delivering digital transformation at scale.
Ronan Carey Senior Director, Dell Technologies
Ronan is a Senior Director for Dell Technologies. He leads he AI Solutions business for Dell Technologies in EMEA, helping enterprises adopt and scale AI to drive real business impact. With 20+ years in the IT industry, Ronan plays a key role in building Dell’s go-to-market strategy for AI Solutions—integrating product, marketing, sales strategy, and the wider ecosystem to deliver enterprise-ready AI offerings. Throughout his career, Ronan has been involved in some of the largest AI infrastructure projects in the world, working with organisations to accelerate AI adoption and harness cutting-edge technology. He is passionate about the transformative power of AI and committed to shaping the future of enterprise AI by bridging technology with business needs.
Bronagh Riordan AI & Data Partner, EY Ireland
Bronagh Riordan is a Partner in the AI and Data Practice at EY Ireland, where she helps clients to navigate the complexities of the modern business landscape and achieve their strategic objectives through AI-enabled business transformations. She is also Chair of the Industry Steering Board for CeADAR, Ireland’s national centre for AI, and the European Digital Innovation Hub for AI in Ireland, as well as a member of the Government of Irelands AI Advisory Council. The council was established as part of Irelands National AI Strategy, the mandate of which is to provide independent expert advice to Government on AI policy. Bronagh is particularly passionate about serving as an inspiring role model for women in Data, Analytics, AI & Technology. Notably, she was the first female board chair of any Technology Centre in Ireland. She was also named as a ‘Global Data Power Woman’ in both 2024 and 2023. This acknowledgement serves to feature women holding leadership positions in prominent companies worldwide, showcasing their strategic and operational excellence and recognising that their work shapes the data landscape, breaks new ground, and paves the way for the next generation of women in data. Bronagh has more than 20 years’ experience in data, analytics and AI and has held a range of senior positions across industry, where she was responsible for developing data, analytics & AI strategies, transforming data, analytics & AI capability and delivering impactful data, analytics, AI and technology products.
