Risk oversight at board level is not demonstrated through registers and process alone. It is shaped through judgement, ownership, culture, consequence, and communication.
The Risk Exchange: A Director Forum brings directors, senior executives, board committee members, and NEDs together to explore simulated boardroom risk scenarios, examined from a fictional board perspective, not organisational disclosures, to protect confidentiality and encourage open cross-sector dialogue.
This is not a traditional workshop, but instead a structured director forum to elevate risk dialogue, strengthen oversight confidence, and develop practical governance questions for board-level use.
The value is in robust peer discussion, guided reflection, and shared risk insight - delivering continued skill development and assurance for directors who want to raise the standard of risk thinking around their board table.
Attendance is limited to preserve the quality and balance of discussion. Early booking is advised.
