This in-person Briefing with Daniel Blume, Head of the Corporate Governance Unit, OECD took place at The Westbury Hotel, Dublin 2, on Thursday, 22nd February 2024.
In his keynote address, Daniel Blume gave an update on the revised G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance and the OECD Corporate Governance Factbook; teased out the latest trends from listed companies across 49 jurisdictions; and reflected on the latest updates on areas around diversity, sustainability, and shareholder engagement.
The event, which included over 200 members, was opened by Caroline Spillane CDir, Chief Executive Officer, IoD Ireland, and the Q&A was facilitated by Dr Margaret Cullen, Governance Advisor, IoD Ireland.
