The 'Director Sentiment Monitor Q4 2020' details research on how members view key issues such as the economy, COVID-19, business confidence, business continuity, return to the company workplace, and governance issues. The research finds that almost 8 out of 10 (78%) of business leaders say their organisation had a business continuity plan in place in advance of the COVID-19 pandemic. It also finds that a slow rollout of the COVID-19 vaccination programme is seen by a third (33%) of business leaders as the single biggest risk facing their organisations, amongst other findings.
