In this session, Niamh discussed how you can objectively assess and audit your personal brand attributes and decide which elements have the potential to make you stand out and be viewed as a valuable member of a board. She described how to distill the key messages that you wish to deliver in the most compelling manner, and how to craft a reputation building strategy for your personal brand. Niamh also provided guidance on how to decide on your own personal target audiences and select which communications channels are best to reach those audiences. She illustrated examples of those who have built successful and enduring brands here in Ireland and internationally, demonstrating how some have used social media channels to carefully build their brands.
