Overview

To mark International Women's Day (IWD) 2023, we are delighted to partner with the Charities Institute Ireland (CII) to hold a special IWD event on the gender pay gap. The event will address what directors need to know and do. 

Thank you to Beauchamps LLP for kindly hosting the event. 

The event will take place from 9:00am at Beauchamps LLP, 2 Sir John Rogerson's Quay Dublin on Friday, 3rd March 2023. 

This IWD event will focus on the gender pay gap, including a line-up of notable speakers. During the course of the event the speakers will discuss their own experiences of reporting, highlighting what directors and business leaders need to know and do.

The event will include a welcome address from IoD Ireland President Imelda Reynolds CDir, as well as a panel discussion with the following notable speakers:

  • Eleanor Nash, Chief People Officer, An Post
  • Rosemary Keogh, Chief Executive Officer, Irish Wheelchair Association
  • Sandra Masterson Power, Partner and Head of the Employment and Benefits Group, Beauchamps LLP
  • Moderated by Áine Myler, Chief Executive Officer, Charities Institute Ireland

Charities Institute Ireland

Charities Institute Ireland was formed in 2016 following the merger on ICTR and Fundraising Ireland, two key players in the non-profit sector, who combined to create a strong voice for high-impact fundraising charities, and the wider not-for-profit sector.

Agenda
Registration and networking will open from 9:00am on Friday, 3rd March 2023, with the event starting promptly at 9:30am, followed by Q&A and closing at 11:00am. Refreshments will be served from 9:00am.
