Eileen Gleeson is Programme Director for the IoD's Chartered Director Programme. She is an experienced director in both executive and non-executive roles, having been a director of 16 companies over the past thirty years in business. She has acted as an adviser to many senior business and political figures in Ireland and served as Special Adviser to the President of Ireland for seven years. Eileen has gained first-hand experience of how leadership styles and motivation can build successful teams and great businesses.

IoD workshops may be eligible for CPD, including Chartered Director CPD, please check with your relevant professional body. IoD workshops are admissible as part of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) CPD Scheme and would count towards “Active” learning. Workshops may also be eligible for CPD with Chartered Accountants Ireland, the Law Society of Ireland, the Institute of Banking, and the LIA. Places can only be confirmed on receipt of full payment. Cancellations will be accepted if received in writing by Tuesday, 2nd May 2017. However, there will be a 50% cancellation charge. All fees are forfeited thereafter. Workshop fees are also non-transferrable.
