The workshop will take place at the Irish Management Institute (IMI), Sandyford Road, Sandyford, Dublin 16, and is part of the IoD Essentials Workshop Series.

Executive directors and executive management (“Senior management”) influence the effectiveness of the board through the provision of board information and the standard of content of board papers requiring discussion and decision by the board. Senior management should use the boardroom and board papers to leverage the expertise and collective strength of the board, enabling the board to make quality collective decisions.
