Corporate Governance Requirements for Insurance Undertakings 2015
The Central Bank of Ireland published the Corporate Governance Requirements for Insurance Undertakings 2015. This document sets out the corporate governance obligations which apply to insurance undertakings, excluding captive insurance and captive reinsurance undertakings, with effect from 1st January 2015.
