In April 2015, the Department of Jobs, Enterprise & Innovation opened a public consultation process on the Member State options for the transposition of EU Directive 2014/95/EU regarding the disclosure of non-financial and diversity information by certain large undertakings and groups, including public interest entities (PIEs).
