The Institute of Directors (IoD) in Ireland has today published a new report, entitled Diversity in the Boardroom 2019, which has found increased support for gender targets over gender quotas – notably, more so amongst men – but a high level of unplanned succession planning in Ireland’s boardrooms. This report is based on a research survey of IoD members and also compares the 2019 results with those from our diversity research in 2017.
