This one-day workshop on Finance for Non-Financial Directors will be presented by Bob Semple, Chartered Accountant.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
Places can only be confirmed on receipt of full payment. Cancellations will be accepted if received in writing by Monday, 17th April 2017. However, there will be a 50% cancellation charge. All fees are forfeited thereafter. Workshop fees are also non-transferrable.
IoD workshops may be eligible for CPD, including Chartered Director CPD, please check with your relevant professional body. IoD workshops are admissible as part of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) CPD Scheme and would count towards “Active” learning. Workshops may also be eligible for CPD with Chartered Accountants Ireland, the Law Society of Ireland, the Institute of Banking, and the LIA. Bob Semple - Company Director, Facilitator and Lecturer, recently completed a 36-year career with PwC in Dublin and Toronto. He spent 26 years as a Partner and more recently he had responsibility for the Governance, Risk and Compliance practice. A Chartered Accountant by training, Bob holds a Diploma in Company Direction (IoD) and a Diploma in Corporate Governance.
Bob is an experienced facilitator and an expert user of electronic collaboration systems. He provides consulting services mainly in the areas of corporate governance, board evaluation, and risk management and lectures for a number of bodies including the IMI, UCD and The Law Society of Ireland.
