Leadership is crucial during a time of organisational change. Given that change is now a continuous process for all businesses, boards and directors need to be on top of all aspect of change programmes.

Our panel members for this Leadership Series discussion will explore what are the elements of successful change management and what role boards and non-executive directors should play.

Drawing on their experiences the panelists will discuss topics such as the relevance of culture and values, ensuring outcomes meet ambitions and how to manage uncertainty.
