Redefining ESG at Board Level

An IoD Webinar in Partnership with Business in the Community Ireland (BITCI)

Please note booking for this webinar is now closed.

IoD Ireland, in partnership with Business in The Community Ireland (BITCI), are delighted to invite you to this upcoming webinar titled, 'Redefining ESG at Board Level’.

Sustainability has become a key differentiator and a driver of business resilience and growth. Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) considerations are driving the agenda of business. Whether it is about meeting compliance standards, satisfying investor requirements, or responding to growing societal calls for leadership on inclusion and transparency, Boards are increasingly seen as critical for defining and delivering a credible sustainability roadmap.

This is a must-attend event for board directors, company secretaries, senior management and ESG/sustainability experts.

The session will address:

  • How boards can set themselves up to face the major sustainability challenges ahead.
  • How ESG takes centre stage and goes beyond fiduciary duty as a key driver of growth and strategic development.

Panellists

The webinar will include a panel discussion with the following panellists:

  • Karina Litvack, Independent Non-Executive Director, ENI SpA
