In this Lunch Bites @ the IoD event, Fiona Mullan will be discussing the important topic of 'Organisational Culture'. Fiona has worked with some of the biggest multinational technology firms, through periods of hyper growth. Fiona will be discussing how to foster a culture that inspires innovation, engagement, contribution and wellbeing among employees, in the fast evolving work environment.

Chief People Officer, Bloom & Wild

Fiona Mullan is the Chief People Officer, for Bloom & Wild, which she joined in September 2022. Bloom & Wild is Europe’s leading online flower company headquartered in London. She joined from Ding.com, a fintech scale up which she joined in early 2020. Prior to Ding, Fiona spent her career in the US multinational technology industry joining Facebook in 2014 where she led the international human resources function through a period of hyper growth. Prior to joining Facebook, Fiona spent nine years at Microsoft, most recently leading human resources for Microsoft in Asia Pacific, after leading the Recruiting function for Microsoft internationally. She joined Microsoft from Accenture where she spent seven years in a range of HR roles.

Fiona was Chairperson of Fastrack to IT, a non-profit organisation and sat on the Board of Make a Wish Ireland.

Fiona holds a BA, an MSc, a Diploma in Information Systems and is a Certified Director. Fiona is Mum to two teenage girls who love to travel as a family.

Agenda
Registration will open from 12:30pm on Wednesday, 14th June. Please note networking and refreshments will commence before the event from 12:30pm -1:00pm. The presentation will then start at 1:00pm, followed by Q&A, and will finish at 2:00pm.
