New Ways of Working: Building Capacity and Working Better

Online

IoD Briefings Series: sponsored by Accenture

Patricia Murray

Patricia Murray Senior Psychologist (Organisational)/Inspector, Health and Safety Authority (HSA)

As part of our ongoing work to share exclusive content and insights with members, we are delighted to invite you to join our upcoming Briefings webinar titled, ‘New Ways of Working: Building Capacity and Working Better'. This session will take learnings from behavioural science on how to adapt to new ways of working, and in turn getting it done better. The Briefing is with Patricia Murray, Senior Psychologist (Organisational)/Inspector, Health and Safety Authority (HSA).

In this session, Patricia will discuss the following key elements:

  • Building capacity first while communicating ‘ease’.
  • Adding opportunity and a clear roadmap so everyone sees the way.
  • Making a method and telling a story around it, so everyone shares the
  • vision (we’re all going into it, together).
  • Accepting that behaviour change happens all the time, but needs to be corralled at times, corrected and always, copper fastened.

Please note, there will be a live Q&A facility for this webinar.
