As part of our ongoing work to share exclusive content and insights with members, we are delighted to invite you to join our upcoming webinar entitled, ‘Managing COVID-19 in the Workplace’, with Liz Ryan, Partner, Mason Hayes & Curran LLP Solicitors.

In this webinar, Liz Ryan will discuss the following key elements:

  • Government guidance on managing COVID-19 and its impact on the physical workplace.
  • How employers can deal with issues, such as ensuring that employees return to a safe workplace, and putting medium to long term working arrangements in place.
  • Legal considerations applicable to home working.
  • Employment law issues which might arise for employers in managing employees in the context of COVID-19.

Liz will draw from her experience as an employment lawyer, advising employers across sectors, ranging from manufacturing to technology, in outlining employment law challenges and employer guidance.
