Colin Gordon is founder of Engage Consulting, and is former CEO of Glanbia Consumer Foods, where he was instrumental in developing brands such as Avonmore milk and Kilmeaden cheese.

In this IoD Evening Briefing, Colin Gordon will share his experience and insights on managing in complex times. Colin will focus on the importance of engaging the whole organisation on simple long-term strategic priorities, and not getting ‘stuck in the weeds’ with the non-important things.

Colin Gordon is founder of Engage Consulting, and has over 30 years' experience in leading large organisations in complex multi-stakeholder environments.Colin is former CEO of Glanbia Consumer Foods, where he was instrumental in developing brands such as Avonmore milk and Kilmeaden cheese.

He is experienced in strategy development, brand building, acquisitions/disposals, international franchise management, and export development. Colin is also practiced in fit-for-purpose organisational design, team building and change management.

Colin holds a primary degree from Trinity College Dublin, and a Masters degree from University College Dublin.
