IoD Breakfast Briefing - Wellbeing and Performance in an Ever Evolving Workplace

In this presentation Bernard Brogan, Chief Commercial Officer & Co-Founder, PepTalk will discuss:

• How performance sport can translate to the corporate workplace
• Why, more than ever, wellbeing is a must have rather than a nice to have
• The way in which employers can utilise wellbeing to drive productivity and performance in their organisations
• Bernard will discuss how culture is a huge factor in sustaining performance, and how it’s the individuals on a team or in an organisation who drive the culture’. He will also share some stories about the culture at Dublin GAA

Continental breakfast will be served from 7.30am with the briefing beginning at 8.00am sharp.

Bernard is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing. Bernard is a Co-Founder of PepTalk and Chief Commercial Officer. He also holds a number of other business interests both in Ireland and abroad. He is the current President of the Irish Sport Federation and is a board member of Aware.

Bernard has played with Dublin for over a decade, earning five All Ireland medals, 11 Leinster medals and four GAA Football All Star Awards, as well as Footballer of the Year in 2010.
