Notice is hereby given to members that the Annual General Meeting of the Institute of Directors in Ireland will take place on Thursday, 24th May 2018 at 18:00 in Cliff Town House, St. Stephen's Green, Dublin 2. 

All relevant documents, including the agenda, were circulated to members via email on Monday, 30th April 2018. To access these documents you must login to the members' area.

A member entitled to vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend, speak and vote on his/her behalf. A proxy must be a member of the company. To be effective, a proxy form must be deposited at Europa House, Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, the registered office of the Institute of Directors in Ireland, not later than 48 hours before the time appointed for the holding of the meeting.

Please note there will be a reception following the AGM to which all members are welcome.
