Overview
We are delighted to invite you to our upcoming in-person event on the Individual Accountability Framework (IAF), in the Grafton Suite, at the Westbury Hotel, on Thursday, 1st June 2023.
This event will be of relevance to members operating in the financial services sector in a senior manager, executive director or non-executive director capacity. We encourage such members to attend.
As you may be aware, the Central Bank of Ireland's (CBI) draft IAF Regulations and Guidance is currently out to consultation. IoD Ireland is reviewing and responding to this consultation through the lens of best-in-class governance, with the aim of feeding back insights and perspectives from our membership and fulfilling our Vision for Ireland to be an exemplar of corporate governance standards. Thank you to all of the members who responded to our recent member survey on the IAF.
In addition, we are delighted to host this event to provide members with an opportunity to hear directly from the CBI and to raise questions and/or seek clarification on aspects of IAF.
IoD Ireland will continue to support our membership as the IAF evolves, through content such as the following Director Factsheet and webcast.
