Caroline is a former member of the Low Pay Commission and is an adjudicator in the Workplace Relations Commission. She is also a trainer and TEDx presenter and author of “Asking the Right Questions”. Caroline has achieved a Diploma in Company Direction with Distinction with the Institute of Directors.
