Overview

We are delighted to invite you to join our latest briefing webinar titled, 'How to Lead and Motivate Your Workforce in a Post-Pandemic World', with Dr Melrona Kirrane, Associate Professor of Organisational Psychology, at 9:30am, on Wednesday, 28th September 2022.

In this session, Melrona will be discussing the post-pandemic work environment and how it continues to throw up a range of new challenges for leaders at every level in organisations.

One notable issue concerns staff motivation. While this has always been on the leader’s agenda, changes in working practices, along with shifts in employees’ values and preferences, have pushed it to the fore in recent times. This briefing will consider the nature, complexity and dynamics of work motivation in the modern business environment. It will highlight the key contributions leaders can make in sustaining an engaged and energised workforce. Critical behaviours of effective leaders will be identified and suggestions around leadership excellence in relation to staff motivation will be made.

The IoD Briefings series is kindly sponsored by Accenture

This event is exclusive to IoD Ireland members, and is free of charge.

Please note, there will be a live Q&A facility for this webinar.
