Overview

We are delighted to invite you to join our webinar titled, 'Dealing with Resourcing and Talent Challenges in Your Organisation', with Mary Connaughton, Director, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Ireland.

In this session, Mary will be discussing how for two years COVID-19 has dominated our lives, and our actions as employers and business leaders. Expecting a pause, a breather, as we came out of pandemic mode, we are now facing another era of unparalleled people challenges. Resourcing difficulties are across the board – with evidence of a great re-evaluation, if not a great resignation, alongside the pains of an expanding economy. How are we dealing with the bumps on the journey to hybrid and flexible ways of working? What supports are employers putting in place to support Ukraine and Ukrainian people? How are price inflation and high expectations impacting on wages. Mary Connaughton, Director of CIPD Ireland will share insights from CIPD’s research on what organisations are doing to address these challenges.

The IoD Briefings series is sponsored by Accenture. We are delighted to work with Accenture as the exclusive sponsor of the IoD Ireland Briefings Series in 2022.

This event is exclusive to IoD Ireland members, and is free of charge.

Please note, there will be a live Q&A facility for this webinar.
