We are delighted to announce our next in-person Briefing is with Jacky Fox, Managing Director and European Security Lead at Accenture. The Briefing, titled, 'Cyber Security: How to Achieve Resilience in the Face of Change', will be held at Accenture, Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, on Thursday, 22nd June 2023.

During this Briefing, Sheila Byrne, Director Development and Training Manager,  Institute of Directors in Ireland, will moderate a discussion with Jacky Fox on cyber security and what business leaders need to do to ensure resilience in the face of change. The conversation will cover the areas of mitigating and planning for cyber security threats and risks, and building an effective cyber security strategy. This discussion will also provide an overview of the upcoming cyber security regulatory landscape, such as DORA.

Jacky Fox is Managing Director, European Security Lead, at Accenture. Jacky leads Accenture’s European security practice. With 20+ years’ experience in technology and cyber security consulting. Jacky holds an MSc in Digital investigations and Forensic computing, a GCFA and a GICSP. She has worked across multiple industry sectors including public sector and financial services. Jacky specialises in helping organisations to understand and treat their cyber risk and has had the experience of investigating many national and international breaches.

She is also Vice-chair on the board of CyberIreland and is an adjunct lecturer for UCD on their MSc in forensics and security. In 2018, she was awarded ‘Security Champion of the Year’ in Ireland for her contribution to the Irish security industry and her mentorship and encouragement of women in security.
