As part of our ongoing work to share exclusive content and insights with members, we are delighted to invite you to join our upcoming Briefings webinar titled, 'Challenges for Organisations and Leaders as the Pandemic Persists: Lessons from Behavioural Science', with Professor Pete Lunn, Founder and Head of the Behavioural Research Unit (BRU), ESRI, on Thursday, 2nd December.

This talk will outline the latest evidence on how the general public in Ireland and, in particular, workers are responding to the ongoing pandemic. This evidence raises challenges and opportunities for organisations and leaders to adapt to our changed circumstances.

In this webinar, Professor Lunn will cover:

  • how people are coping
  • how much people want to return to life as it was
  • what people wish to change, including our preferred working patterns,
  • and how strongly our perspectives differ between different types of people.

Please note, there will be a live Q&A facility for this webinar.

IoD webinars may be eligible for CPD, including Chartered Director CPD, please check with your relevant professional body.
