Business Directory Terms & Conditions
The Institute of Directors in Ireland reserves the right to refuse, omit, suspend or change the content and position of any listing accepted for inclusion in the Directory.
Details
Listings are purchased for a minimum of 12 calendar months and will remain in the IoD Business Directory for the duration of the subscription. However, please note the following:
- Listings will be automatically removed from the Directory at any time whereby an IoD member who subsequently, for whatever reason, discontinues his/her membership.
Copyright Notice
Except where otherwise noted, the content of the Directory is the property of and is owned and controlled by the Institute of Directors in Ireland and is the copyright material of us or our associated content-provider organisations.
Save as provided below, no materials from the Directory may be copied, reproduced, republished, posted, stored, transmitted or distributed in any way or adapted or changed in any way.
You may electronically copy and print in hard copy, portions of the Directory for your personal use only. You are not permitted to sell or trade material so copied. Any other use, modification, distribution or republication without our prior written consent is similarly strictly prohibited.

The goods and services advertised through this section of the IoD’s website are offered by members and third parties who are not affiliated to the Institute. We do not endorse any of the goods or services being advertised. We only provide a medium for the goods and services to be advertised. We have no control or responsibility for:
- the quality, safety or legality of the goods or services being advertised;
- the truth or accuracy of the description of the goods or services being advertised;
