IoD submission to Financial Regulator

The IoD has entered a submission to the Financial Regulator in respect of consultation paper CP41 - Corporate Governance Requirements for Credit Institutions and Insurance Undertakings.

The submission was developed in consultation with IoD members and reflects their comments and recommendations.
