The first day in each two-day block will begin at 10 am and continue, with coffee and lunch breaks, until 6:30pm. A networking dinner will then be held for candidates at 7pm. The second day in each two-day programme will commence at 8.30am and continue, with breaks for coffee and lunch, until 4pm. Examination days are 3 hours' duration.
Programme Costs
The programme cost is €10,175 per delegate for IoD members and €10,675 per delegate for non members. Following research, we believe this cost represents a reduction of 50% on the median charges for small-class, programme-led executive education. This cost includes course enrolment fees payable to IoD UK, examination entry and marking fees, programme materials and online support, examination revision day, lunch each course day and dinner on the first day of each two-day block.
This cost does not include interview fees and enrolment fees payable on a candidate's election to Chartered Director. Such costs are payable directly to IoD in the United Kingdom by the successful examination candidate. These costs are currently £500 STG.
Course Venue
Course lectures and examinations are held at the Irish Management Institute (IMI) in Sandyford, Dublin.
About the IMI
Set in 13 acres of landscaped grounds, the IMI Conference Centre & Residence provides the ideal setting for the Chartered Director courses. Easily accessible by the M50 and LUAS and providing ample free car parking, the IMI provides a tranquil setting a stone's throw from the Dundrum Town Centre.

Course fees include catering, as follows

Accommodation
The IMI provides executive accommodation on-site at competitive rates. IoD has negotiated a candidate rate of just €59 per room, per night, including continental breakfast. All 50 executive rooms at the IMI are bright, modern & spacious, tastefully decorated using soothing tones and modern interiors. Each room includes voicemail, cable TV and complimentary broadband connection. An on-site gym for residents is available.
